Hi, I’m Sissel Imsland Bridges — born and raised in Norway, where well‑being isn’t a trend but a way of living. The landscape teaches you early: clarity matters, rhythm matters, and belonging is built through how you live each day. 


For more than 30 years, I’ve worked with clients in Norway, the United States, England, Turkey, and other parts of the world — supporting people through change, grounding, and everyday resilience. 


My work has always crossed borders, cultures, and time zones, and all sessions are offered online so you can meet with me from anywhere.

I come from a long line of Viking women — women who lived with steadiness, clarity, and a quiet kind of strength. 

  • They ran households, farms, and communities. 
  • They traveled. 
  • They owned property. 
  • They divorced freely. 
  • They held spiritual authority.


Their power wasn’t loud. It was lived.


This lineage shaped me. Not mythologized, not romanticized — simply real. It taught me that well‑being grows from intention, rhythm, and the courage to return to yourself again and again.


This is the same wisdom I bring into my work today: clear habits, grounded rituals, and a way of living that steadies you from the inside out.

ROOTED IN NORWAY

Growing up between ocean‑blue horizons, mountain greens, and the quiet rhythm of Scandinavian life shaped how I understand health, balance, and belonging. 


I’ve always been drawn to how people cope, adapt, and rebuild. Psychology studies in Norway sharpened that curiosity into something steady and practical. 


Over time, I became deeply interested in the research behind everyday wellness — the small, repeatable habits that help us feel grounded, resilient, and connected.
