A micro‑step is the smallest possible version of a habit — so small your nervous system doesn’t resist it. 


It’s not “drink more water,” it’s take one sip. 

Not “clean the house,” but clear one corner. 

Not “journal every day,” but write one sentence.

Small enough to build trust again — especially when life feels overwhelming or lonely.

For those who want extra clarity and structure, supported self‑coaching adds a calm, reflective layer to the Micro‑Steps method.


I teach you how to use the self-coaching tools as a reflective tool — helping you untangle your thoughts, explore options, and make grounded decisions without feeling overwhelmed or alone.


This approach is ideal if you want:

  • clearer thinking
  • structured reflection
  • support between sessions
  • a calm way to process everyday challenges


Self-coaching doesn’t replace 1:1 coaching — it strengthens it. 

It gives you a steady, private space to think, reflect, and move forward with confidence.



30‑Second Grounding Ritual


When you’re ready, here’s a simple way to reset.  

A moment to steady your breath, gather yourself, and come back into your body. 


  • Sit comfortably.
  • Place your feet on the floor.
  • Inhale for 4.
  • Hold for 2.
  • Exhale for 6.
  • Repeat three times — slow, steady, intentional. 


Let your breath soften your chest. 

Let your shoulders drop. 

Let your mind unclench.
