A few things people often wonder about my work

What kinds of sessions do you offer?

I offer one‑on‑one life coaching, ritual guidance, and practical wellness support. My work helps you understand yourself more clearly, create grounded daily practices, and move through transitions with steadiness. 

What happens in a session?

We talk. We explore what’s happening beneath the surface. You’ll receive clear guidance, simple tools, and rituals you can use on your own. Every session is calm, honest, and focused on what you need that day. 

Do I need to know what I want before I book?

No. Most people come because something feels unclear, heavy, or out of balance. You bring your life as it is — I help you sort through it. 

What are rituals, and how do you use them?

Rituals are intentional moments that help you return to yourself. 

They can be daily, seasonal, or tied to a transition.


I also create life‑event rituals — moments that mark beginnings, endings, and turning points. 

These can be individual or shared with others: a new chapter, a loss, a move, a reunion, a milestone, or a moment that needs to be honored with clarity and presence.


For groups, I offer guided rituals that bring people together with intention. 

These gatherings create connection, grounding, and meaning — without performance, pressure, or overwhelm.


Every ritual is shaped to fit your life, your energy, and your values — nothing complicated, nothing performative.

Do you offer DIY wellness tools?

Yes. I teach simple practices you can use at home: grounding techniques, clarity exercises, journaling prompts, and small rituals that support your nervous system and daily life. 

Are sessions online or in person?

Sessions are available online, so you can work with me from anywhere. If you’re local, in‑person sessions may be available depending on the season. 

How often should I come?

Some people come weekly.

Some come monthly. 

Some come only during transitions or difficult seasons. 

There is no “right” rhythm — only what supports your wellbeing. 

Is this therapy?

No. My work is coaching, guidance, and ritual support. It complements therapy beautifully, but it does not replace it. 

What if I feel nervous or unsure?

Then you’re exactly where you need to be. Most people feel that way at first. You’ll be met with steadiness, clarity, and no judgment.
